Established in 2014 by Tom Davies, CPA, CA, and Lindsey Spragg, CPA, CGA, building on Tom’s successful personal practice, TLDS Professional Corporation provides personal and small business accounting, reporting and tax services, along with tailored client business support and financial planning.
Our associated company TDS MGMT Inc. provides trustee-related services on cost sharing agreements. Tom Davies is the trustee on numerous cost sharing agreements for development projects in the greater Toronto area, and together Tom and Lindsey provide administrative support, banking functions, HST and financial reporting to the landowners.
